Blighted ancient ice sacks are an item that allows players to cast any ice spell within their Magic level without needing the runes for it. However, it can only be used inside the Wilderness, PvP worlds, Castle Wars, Clan Wars, and Soul Wars, and the Ancient Magicks spellbook must be active.

30 can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 1 Last Man Standing point or at the Soul Wars Reward Shop for 10 Zeal Tokens.

Blighted ancient ice sacks function like runes, meaning having one in the inventory allows an ice spell to be cast via the spellbook. This also means autocasting with Ancient Magicks staves is an option.
