A blighted entangle sack is an item that allows players to cast Entangle, Snare, or Bind without needing the runes for it. However, it can only be used inside the Wilderness, PvP worlds, Castle Wars, Clan Wars, and Soul Wars, while on the standard spellbook. It is consumed upon cast, regardless of a successful hit.

A sack of 70 casts can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 1 Last Man Standing point. They can also be purchased from Nomad with 10 Zeal Tokens earned from Soul Wars.
