Dragon javelin heads are attached to javelin shafts to make dragon javelins, requiring 92 Fletching, and yielding 225 Fletching experience per 15 javelins made.

While players can acquire them from Scorpia and The Forgotten Four without any requirements, in order to obtain them as a drop from any other eligible source (e.g dragon implings and dragons), the player must complete Monkey Madness II, or they will not be rolled on at all.

As with most dragon equipment, dragon javelin heads cannot be made from raw materials using the Smithing skill.
