The hydra Slayer helmet is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It is a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet.

It can be created by adding Alchemical hydra heads after purchasing the ability Use more head for 1,000 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. This is reversible, and the heads will be returned to the inventory along with the slayer helmet's components. The heads will be lost on death in PvP.
