The magical cape rack can be built in the cape rack space of a costume room of a player-owned house as an upgrade to the marble cape rack. It requires 99 Construction and when built, it gives 1,000 experience. The player must have a hammer and saw in their inventory to build it.

Warning: Any untrimmed skill capes put on the cape rack will become trimmed when taken out after you get 99 in another skill.
