Note: This method assumes you are manually casting the enchant spell, for a maximum of about 1900 casts per hour. Auto-casting will be approximately 800 casts per hour.

If not using a Staff of fire, alternative elemental staves or Fire runes themselves are required to cast Lvl-3 Enchant, though using five Fire runes per cast will cost an additional 25 which you would need to account for in your profit.
