To obtain a rock-shell helmet, a player must bring 1 dagannoth hide, 1 rock-shell chunk, and 5,000 coins to Skulgrimen in Rellekka. Aside from appearance, it is identical to the rune full helm.

Jarvald wears a rock-shell helm and will inform the player on how to obtain one.

This helm can be stored in the armour case of a costume room, as part of the rock-shell armour set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
