Ruinous Powers is a Tier 6 Relic in the Trailblazer Reloaded League. When chosen, it gives the player the Ruinous Powers book, an item that allows players to alternate between the standard prayer book and the Ruinous Powers prayer book.

As the player is given an item upon unlocking this relic, it must be unlocked in a bank.

Neither unlocking the Kharidian Desert region nor the completion of Desert Treasure II is required to unlock this relic.
