Ticket Merchants are members of the Ranging Guild who run the Ranging Guild Ticket Exchange. The shop deals exclusively in archery tickets which can be earned in the guild's target shooting minigame. As they are in the guild's western corner, they require level 40 Ranged to access.

You buy the whole quantity of items for the indicated price. That is, for example, you buy 30 Barb bolttips at once for 140 Archery tickets.
