NPC ID4701

Tinsay is the middle son of the chief of Tai Bwo Wannai, Timfraku, and one of the brothers in the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. During the quest, he asks for a banana in Karamjan rum, a monkey skin sandwich with seaweed and marinated jogre bones. Before completing the quest, he is located on Cairn Isle; it is recommended to have high agility to get across the bridge to the island safely.

Tinsay used to be a priest before he went mentally insane. His insanity was caused, according to Timfraku, by an accident involving jogres, but he mentions no more of it. Asking Tinsay about the accident causes him to flap his limbs about wildly and shout about jogre bones. He describes his own mental state as, 'On a scale of 1 to demented, about 2.'

After completion of Tai Bwo Wannai Trio he can be found in the southernmost hut in Tai Bwo Wannai. Speaking to him after the quest will prompt him to teach the player how to cook karambwans granting 5,000 Cooking experience, as well as allow you to pray at the Tribal Statue. Note that despite the dialogue indicating that Tiadeche instead teaches you how to cook karambwans, it is in fact Tinsay that you must speak to before this ability is unlocked.[1]
