The toxic blowpipe (beta) is a variant of the toxic blowpipe that is available in an unrestricted world during the Equipment Rebalancing Beta, as a means to test its proposed stats reductions in the Equipment Rebalancing Changes blog, in which the blowpipe's Ranged Attack bonus is proposed to be reduced by 30, and its Ranged Strength reduced by 15, with the dart's bonuses being reduced to match.

Players can obtain a specific variant within the supplies table in the Clan Wars building in Ferox Enclave, and are given unlimited charges. However, it could not perform its special attack.
