The wizard's mind bomb, also known as WMB, is a type of ale that restores 1 Hitpoint and temporarily boosts Magic by +2 (+3 if level 50+ Magic) while draining Attack, Strength and Defence by (see table below). It can be obtained through brewing at level 34 Cooking, granting 314 experience per batch. It is brewed using 2 buckets of water, 2 barley malt, 4 yanillian hops, and a pot of ale yeast. The stronger, mature version of the ale is the mature wmb.

It is required for the quest Dragon Slayer I, and may also be used in Below Ice Mountain in place of a regular beer.

Steps
1. Use 2 bucket of water on the fermenting vat
2. Use 2 barley malt on the fermenting vat
3. Optional: Use 1 the stuff on the fermenting vat, increasing the chance to mature the ale from 5% to 64%
4. Use 4 yanillian hops on the fermenting vat
5. Use 1 ale yeast on the fermenting vat
6. Wait 1 to 1.5 days (or up to 5 days if the stuff was used) until the beer has fermented
7. Use 8 beer glasses on the completed ale in the fermenting vat
