The twisted Slayer helmet is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It is a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet.

It can be created by adding twisted horns to a Slayer helmet after purchasing the ability Twisted Vision for 1,000 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. This is reversible, and the horns will be returned to the inventory along with the slayer helmet's components. The horns will be lost on death in PvP.
