Blood pint is a type of ale that temporarily boosts Attack and Strength by 4% + 2 while draining Magic and Prayer by 4% + 2 when drunk (see table below). Unlike other ales, it cannot be made through brewing.

Upon drinking the ale, the message You drink the Blood Pint. It tastes unsurprisingly awful and makes you feel a bit sick. will appear.

The blood pint cannot be used to create a vial of blood or unfinished cadantine blood potion: when combined with a vial, the message You try to fill your vial with blood but it spills all over the ground. appears, leaving the player with an empty beer glass and the empty vial, and when combined with a cadantine, the message Your standards are not low enough to try that. appears.

Blood pints, as well as raw and cooked versions of mystery meat, can be given to Frank.
