Medium ninja monkey bones are bones from killing medium-sized ninja monkeys: Duke, Oipuis, Padulah, Uodai, and Ouhai.
Zooknock is able to make a medium ninja monkey greegree with the bones in the Ape Atoll Dungeon. If players want to make a small ninja monkey greegree, they must use small ninja monkey bones instead. After completion of Monkey Madness II, players no longer need to bring bones; they can simply claim the greegree from Zooknock in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.
Medium ninja monkey bones give 18 Prayer experience when buried, much like standard monkey bones. This can be increased by offering the bones in different ways:
- 54 XP when casting Sinister Offering.
- 54 XP when offered at the Sacred Bone Burner after the appropriate faith level has been achieved.
- 63 XP when offered at a gilded altar with two burners lit or at the Chaos Temple.
- 72 XP when offered at the Ectofuntus in the form of medium ninja bonemeal.
