Overview
Defence is unlocked for free during the tutorial, and players may also choose to unlock Attack or Strength for free if it is the chosen combat skill. Otherwise, it will cost 10 Sage's Renown for either.
Skill synergies
- Players will not gain Hitpoints XP, unless it has been unlocked with 5 Sage's Renown.
- Smithing can be a good source for melee weapons and armour.
