The Ghrazi rapier is a one-handed stab weapon and is obtained as a rare drop from the Theatre of Blood. It requires level 80 Attack to wield. It provides the highest strength and stab bonus out of any weapon for its attack speed. This makes the rapier tied with the Blade of saeldor and the Inquisitor's mace for the melee weapon with the highest damage output for general use, although it is outperformed by the Osmumten's fang against high defence monsters and Scythe of vitur against large monsters.

The rapier can be combined with a holy ornament kit to make a Saradomin-themed holy Ghrazi rapier. This cosmetic enhancement won't change the stats in any way, but it will make the rapier count as a Saradomin item in the God Wars Dungeon.
