The mithril spear is a two-handed melee weapon made from mithril. Mithril spears are a members-only weapon. It can be bought from the Mount Karuulm Weapon Shop or Fortis Blacksmith, or obtained as a drop from monsters. Using the Smithing skill, players can create mithril spears on one of the barbarian anvils in either Otto's Grotto or Barbarian Village. However, players must have begun Barbarian Smithing training to be able to smith these spears. Like all spears, the mithril spear can be poisoned.
