The keris partisan is a one-handed melee weapon requiring 65 Attack to wield. It is obtained from Maisa as a reward for completing Beneath Cursed Sands.

Unlike a normal keris, players can own multiple keris partisans. Additional partisans may be purchased by talking to Selim at a cost of 60,000 coins each. Weapon poisons cannot be applied to the partisan.

The keris partisan retains the effects of the keris, dealing 33% bonus damage against all Kalphites and Scabarites, alongside a 1/51 chance of puncturing a hole in their exoskeleton, dealing triple damage. When this special effect occurs, the chatbox will display the message: You slip your weapon through a gap in the creature's chitin, landing a vicious blow. Unlike the keris, however, the partisan provides a secondary crush bonus.

Players can attach one of three jewels, which are obtained as rewards from the Tombs of Amascut, to the keris partisan. Doing so increases the requirement to wield them to 80 Attack, and gives it differing effects within the raid.

• The Eye of the Corruptor creates the keris partisan of corruption.
• The Jewel of the Sun creates the keris partisan of the sun.
• The Breach of the Scarab creates the keris partisan of breaching (can be used outside the raid).

The Keris partisan does not count as a melee weapon for the purposes of Facing Jad Head-on, other melee-only Combat Achievements will need to be tested.
