</mapframe> The Scabaras Dungeon is located underground in the Ruins of Ullek area. The dungeon plays a major role in the Beneath Cursed Sands quest. Its entrance is on the plateau, just north of the anvil and furnace, in an area surrounded by broken pillars. The Ruins of Ullek are in the south-eastern Kharidian Desert and are subject to desert heat, so players are advised to bring a water source. The dungeon itself is not subject to desert heat.

Aggressive Scabarites can be found here on the 2nd level which attack with melee, ranged, and magic. They are found close together and in high numbers, making this a good place to kill them for Slayer assignments, though the Sophanem Dungeon may be a safer alternative for lower level players.

Upper level

When first entering the upper level during the quest, the player is attacked by two level 119 scarab mages. After the quest they are no longer attackable and are found guarding the High Priest of Scabaras in the westernmost room. This room is also where the player fights the Champion of Scabaras during the quest.

Lower level

During the quest, the bottom floor has projectiles shooting out of the tomb walls that damage the player if not avoided. After the quest, this area contains many locust riders (both ranged and melee) and scarab mages. The westernmost room contains a sarcophagus with Mehhar nearby.
