Selim is an agent in the employ of Osman, the spymaster of Al Kharid. He replaces Osman, who disappears after the events of Beneath Cursed Sands.

Selim can sell players a replacement keris for 20,000 coins, and keris partisan for 60,000 coins.

Like Osman, he is fond of sq'irkjuice, and assumes Osman's role in the Sorceress's Garden minigame after completion of the quest.
