The guardian horn is an item obtained within the Trailblazer Reloaded League, which allows players to summon a guardian thrall that attacks the target the player is attacking. It is obtained upon unlocking the Guardian relic.

The horn is used to summon or dismiss the guardian thrall, toggle their area-of-effect attack in multicombat areas, toggle whether or not the guardian thrall should be automatically summoned during combat, and change the thrall's outfit.

If lost or destroyed, the Guardian horn can be reclaimed from The Sage.

A player blows the guardian horn to summon the guardian thrall.
