The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course is a Rooftop Agility Course found in Canifis available to players with an Agility level of 40 or above. It is only accessible to players who have completed the Priest in Peril quest. It is preceded by the Varrock Rooftop Course and followed by the Falador Rooftop Course. The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course should generally earn players roughly 16-18 marks per hour, depending on luck.

The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course can be started by climbing the Tall Tree just north of the bank and is finished by jumping off the north side of the bank. Players get 240 experience from completing the course, including 175 experience upon completion of the course. Unlike other rooftop courses, the mark of grace rate does not decrease at level 60 (20 levels above the course requirement). This makes the Canifis course the second-best for marks, nearly tied with the base rate of the Ardougne Rooftop Course.

With a lap time of 43.8 seconds, it is possible to get around 19,700 Agility experience per hour from this course. The short distance between obstacles makes it possible to completely fill one's run energy while manoeuvring the course.

There is 1 failable obstacle in this agility course, located at the jump between the tanner and the general store (Jump Gap 3). It is recommended to have some food stored in the bank in case you repeatedly fail obstacles.

Trivia

• This course was designed by BigRedJapan as a part of the 2013 Player Designed Content Roof Top Agility Courses.
• Jump Gap 2 is one tick slower than the other Jump Gap obstacles, meaning an inexperienced player may click on Jump Gap 3 before the XP drop and will need to click again.
• The course gives a substantial amount of marks at higher levels. With nonstop running, players can expect to see a max rate of ~18 marks per hour once they stop failing the obstacles.
