A necklace of faith is a topaz necklace enchanted via the Lvl-3 Enchant spell.

When worn, the necklace will restore the wearer's prayer points by 25% of Prayer level if their hitpoints drop below 20% of their maximum. Once the effect takes place, the necklace will degrade to dust. However, if the player is reduced to zero hitpoints from above 20%, the necklace will have no effect and the player will die as usual.

If Redemption is active while the necklace is worn and the player is reduced to below 10% hitpoints from above 20% in one hit, the necklace of faith will trigger first, restoring prayer points which are immediately consumed by Redemption. As the healing from Redemption is not dependent on current prayer points, this would effectively make the necklace of faith's effect useless.
