Slayer task tips are given by each Slayer Master if players ask them for tips after being assigned a task. They are meant to help the player know the ins and outs of their assigned slayer creature, although some serve as flavour text and are not practical tips.
Players can ask for tips by either contacting a Slayer Master through an enchanted gem or a Slayer ring.

Trivia
- Previously, when assigned the Alchemical Hydra as a boss task, the tip given by Konar was "Try not to die." This was later changed to the current tip. Araxytes currently give the same message, suggesting that the tip "Try not to die." is a fallback for when a slayer task has no specific tip assigned to it.
