Mithril ore fragments are ore fragments mined from the boulder in the Volcanic Mine. Level 55 Mining is required to receive these fragments, granting 44 points and 60 Mining experience per fragment.

They are automatically given to Petrified Pete upon exiting the mine without teleporting in exchange for Mining experience.
