Akkha's Phantom is a monster encountered in the Tombs of Amascut. It is summoned alongside Kephri's Phantom by Tumeken's Warden in the third phase of the final battle.
As a phantom of Akkha, it will use its standard attacks to attack the player. It will switch between ranged and magical attacks every 3 attacks. It will also always start with Ranged. If the Stay Vigilant invocation is enabled, it will switch between attacks randomly instead.
