Ba-Ba's throne is an element of non-interactive scenery found at the end of the Path of Apmeken in the Tombs of Amascut. It is the seat of power of the matriarch Ba-Ba, from which she reigns over her troop of undead baboons. The throne is perched atop a large mound of debris and food waste, and as such is likely an addition to the chamber brought in by Ba-Ba when her troop took over the tomb and "customised" it.[1]

The throne consists of a relatively crude stone seat, adjoined to a palm tree serving as the chair's back. The palm tree has a thicker trunk at the base and sports two yellowed overhanging leaves, indicating that it could possibly be a type of spindle or bottle palm. According to the throne's examine text, it also does double duty as a toilet, even though it does not appear to have any opening through which to evacuate reject.

Trivia

  • Very similar looking palm trees with two drooping yellowed leaves can be found on the concept art for the Jaltevas Pyramid, which contains sketches of two such palm trees flanking the pillars the lead up to the pyramid's entrance.
