The phantom is a large entity of unknown origin. She appears at the southern end of the warped room where players fight either Tumeken's Warden or Elidinis' Warden, depending on who the player defeated in the previous stage of the fight.

She appears to solely observe the player's battle, but once the Warden reaches critical health, she will open her mouth, unleashing a vortex that consumes the arena, up to the row of tiles right in front of the Warden. Once the Warden itself is defeated, it too will also be consumed by her before disappearing.
