Chromatic dragons

Chromatic dragons are types of dragons that appear in colours. There are four kinds of chromatic dragons, with several different dragons in each kind. From weakest to strongest, based on the standard adult form, the colours are green, blue, red, and black.

Green dragons

This dragon is the weakest of all adult dragons. Even baby black dragons are higher level. It always drops dragon bones and green dragonhide.
Elvarg Elvarg 83 Attack Melee

The Crandor and Karamja Dungeon Elvarg is the only dragon non-members can attack. She is attackable only during the Dragon Slayer I quest. When slain, she drops Elvarg's head, which can be returned to Oziach to finish the quest, but it is not required.

Ancient Cavern This dragon is significantly stronger than the regular green dragon and, with its long-range Magic attack, can be a threat to players in the Ancient Cavern. It drops dragon bones and two pieces of green dragonhide along with slightly improved drops. Unlike other brutal and high-levelled dragons, brutal green dragons do not drop the draconic visage.

Blue dragons

Ungael Vorkath is a very powerful blue dragon encountered during Dragon Slayer II and afterwards. He always drops two superior dragon bones and two pieces of blue dragonhide along with other valuable drops.

This dragon always drops dragon bones and red dragonhide. There is also a full-scale animated model of a red dragon in the Varrock Museum.

Catacombs of Kourend This dragon is significantly stronger than the regular red dragon. It drops dragon bones and two pieces of red dragonhide along with slightly improved drops.
Mr. Mordaut Mr. Mordaut N/A N/A Random event Mr. Mordaut cannot be attacked and gives players surprise exams. Players who pass his exam receive the Book of knowledge. Prior to an update on 11 September 2014, players who failed the exam were teleported to a random place, while players who passed got the reward.

Black dragons

Catacombs of Kourend Level 77 Slayer is required in order to damage them and are significantly stronger than the regular black dragon. It drops dragon bones and two pieces of black dragonhide along with improved drops, as well as being the only monster that drops the dragon spear that isn't via rare drop table.

King Black Dragon Lair The KBD is the only three-headed dragon in the game. It drops dragon bones and two pieces of black dragonhide. The chance of receiving a draconic visage is twice as common from the KBD than most other dragons. It also has a chance to drop a dragon pickaxe.
