It can be repaired back to a dragon pickaxe by speaking to Nurmof in the Dwarven Mine, for a fee of 2,500,000 coins. Dragon pickaxes obtained in this manner will not be recorded in the Collection log.
Although it has a 'Wield' option, it is not wieldable; this option instead prompts the dialogue: I should get this repaired before I try and use it. Maybe Petrified Pete will know someone who can help.
