Poison craters are used during the process of making omega eggs in the Barbarian Assault minigame. The Healer should receive yellow eggs from the Collector, dunk the egg into the crater, and pass the poisoned egg to the Attacker.

Healers can both left click "Dunk" on the poison crater as well as use the yellow egg on it, though the latter is recommended due to it being instant and uninterruptible.
