Queen spawn appear in Wave 10 of the Barbarian Assault minigame. Unlike the other Penance, anyone can attack the spawn regardless of their position, but it is not recommended to do so as the Penance Queen will just create more spawns and killing them yields no additional Honour points. Spawns will spawn every 6 seconds to a maximum of four. Spawns give no combat experience when you damage them.

Players using healing equipment such as the Saradomin godsword or Guthan's may find they benefit from attacking the spawn. This strategy creates slightly less work for the Healer, although it is not commonly used and is usually unnecessary.
