Reward tokens are received for gaining at least 12 credits in the Gnome Restaurant minigame. It can be used at any time to instantly gain free items of gnome cuisine. A player may only have one reward token at a time, but when used, it grants the player one food item for every 12 credits the player has, for up to 10 free items of gnome food. This makes it useful for exploring dungeons and other dangerous areas as it provides up to 10 pieces of food in just one inventory slot. Depending on which food you get, you can heal 5 to 15 HP per food for a potential total of 50 to 150 HP (although the drinks can have negative effects on skills such as strength and attack). While it can be brought to the Barbarian Assault minigame, it can not be used there.

If a reward token is destroyed, the credits are not destroyed and a player can talk to Gianne jnr. to get a new token.

Once the player has filled their reward token by obtaining a total of 120 credits, the dialogue from Gianne jnr. will change while getting a new job. This (unintentionally) allows players to recycle their newly given job without penalty by right-clicking Gianne jnr.'s "Get job" option before moving on to subsequent dialogue.
