The extract orifice is part of the Ventriculus found in the Scar essence mine. Players can use it to convert tainted essence chunks into runic extracts. Unlike the essence orifice, Hagus will charge players to use the extract orifice, where they must deposit coins into his coffer.
The amount of coins required per extract are dependent on the type of extract they wish to acquire:
