The fake dragon hasta(kp) is an item that can be converted to a dragon hasta(kp). It is unequippable, and has a "Convert" option which transforms it into a dragon hasta(kp).

Upon release of the dragon hasta, the karambwan poison-tipped variant was unintentionally made tradeable, despite all other karambwan poison-tipped spears being untradeable. On 24 January 2019, all noted variants of the dragon hasta(kp) were turned into a fake dragon hasta(kp), making it an untradeable discontinued item.
