Fossegrimen is a Fremennik spirit who enchants player's lyres so that playing the lyre teleports the player to Rellekka. Only players who have completed The Fremennik Trials quest may use the lyre teleport.

Charging lyre

Fossegrimen requires an offering to enchant a lyre. This offering must either be a raw shark, raw manta ray, or raw sea turtle. Using an activated ring of charos, a raw bass may be substituted for a raw shark. When making temporary charges, she will not accept noted fish.

Permanent charges

After completion of The Fremennik Trials, players can imbue their lyre into an enchanted lyre(i), which contains infinite charges, by offering Fossegrimen a one-off offering of 1,000 raw sharks, bass, manta rays and sea turtles, costing 3,444,000. Fossegrimen will accept both noted and un-noted offerings, and they can be given in increments; she will inform players of the remaining amount required to imbue the lyre. When you charge the lyre to infinite, you must right click the altar choosing summon. Fossegrimen will explain the process and cost, until you are prompted to offer your noted fish, don't offer anything to the altar.

The offering cost will drop by 200 raw fish (688,800) for each tier of the Fremennik Diary completed. However, she will not return any fish once a higher tier of the diary has been completed.
