Raw sea turtle are fish that can be obtained with level 79 Fishing. They can be caught while playing the Fishing Trawler minigame, from the Tempoross Reward pool, or while drift net fishing at Fossil Island with 80 Fishing, which cannot be boosted. They are also a possible reward from a bowl of fish bought from Mairin's Market. They can be cooked into sea turtles with 82 Cooking, giving 211.3 experience.

With level 99 Cooking, about 23% of sea turtles will be burnt. Wearing the Cooking cape while cooking sea turtles will prevent players from burning them.

A raw sea turtle can be used as an offering to Fossegrimen in Rellekka to enchant a lyre to create an enchanted lyre.
