A blighted manta ray is a manta ray variant that can only be eaten inside the Wilderness, PvP worlds, Castle Wars, Clan Wars, and Soul Wars. 15 can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 1 Last Man Standing point or at the Soul Wars Reward Shop for 10 Zeal Tokens.

Blighted manta rays heal 22 Hitpoints, and are considered to be among the best foods in the game.

Attempting to eat the manta ray outside the Wilderness prints the message The blighted manta ray can be eaten only in the Wilderness.
