Liquid adrenaline is an item that can be obtained from the supplies bag within the Tombs of Amascut. It can only be used within the raid.

Drinking it will reduce energy costs for special attacks by half for 150 seconds. This is best used with highly-damaging special attacks, such as those of the dragon claws, as it reduces the cost to only 25% energy per special attack. This reduction will still apply if Overly Draining is enabled, causing all special attacks to cost 50% energy instead of 100%.

It is also worth noting that the player's special attack bar energy is actually out of 1000, meaning no rounding is applied (e.g. a 75% special attack will use 37.5%, rather than being rounded to 37 or 38%).
