Stuffed kbd heads is the result of taking Kbd heads to the Taxidermist in Canifis after paying her 50,000 coins for the stuffing service. Players may unstuff the head at any time should they wish to do so.

Once stuffed, the head can be mounted in a Skill Hall in a player-owned house with level 78 Construction, producing mounted King Black Dragon heads. The heads can only be mounted once, and will not be returned when the mounted King Black Dragon heads are destroyed.
