Vorkath's stuffed head is the result of taking Vorkath's head to the Taxidermist in Canifis after paying her 50,000 coins for the stuffing service. Players may unstuff the head at any time should they wish to do so.

Once stuffed, the head can be mounted in a Skill Hall in a player-owned house with level 82 Construction, producing a mounted Vorkath's head. The head can only be mounted once, and will not be returned when the mounted Vorkath's head is destroyed.
