Overview

Training Prayer will be very similar to the main game with constraints based on available prayer training altars and access to high experience bones in large quantities.

Limestone altar	Misthalin✓	275% Prayer experience while two incense burners are lit. Limestone may be obtained from the Silvarea Mine located East of Varrock. Requires level 64 Construction.
Chaos Temple Prayer Training	Wilderness✓	350% Prayer experience and 50% chance not to consume a bone upon offering it.
Lava Dragon Isle	Wilderness✓	400% Prayer experience when lava dragon bones are buried on Lava dragon isle.
Gilded altar	Fremennik✓	350% Prayer experience while two incense burners are lit. Requires Fremennik Region unlock to purchase marble block and gold leaf. Requires level 75 Construction.
Sacred Bone Burner	Kourend✓	300% Prayer experience. Though 50% less than gilded altars and far from a bank, it does not require unlocking the Fremennik Province.
Ectofuntus	Morytania✓	400% Prayer experience. Players must manually grind bones, which can be a slow process. Buckets of slime may be purchased from charter ships or quickly obtained via the use of Morytania legs 4.
Shades of Mort'ton	Morytania✓	Consumes logs up to magic. Cremating fiyr remains provides a base 150 Prayer experience and 607 Firemaking experience with the Morytania Elite Diary completed.
Pest Control	Asgarnia✓	Commendation points are impacted by the passive minigame boost and can be spent on Prayer experience which benefits from the passive XP boost.
Soul Wars	Misthalin✓	Zeal tokens are impacted by the passive minigame boost and can be spent on Prayer experience which benefits from the passive XP boost.

Common bone sources

Wyvern bones and big bones are both available in Misthalin✓
Dragon bones can be farmed from the following dragons:
- Green dragons can be found in the Wilderness✓, and Kandarin✓ (if Fremennik✓ is also unlocked)
- Blue dragons are found in the Taverley Dungeon in Asgarnia✓ and the Ogre Enclave in Kandarin✓
- Red dragon can be found in the Brimhaven Dungeon in Karamja✓, Forthos Dungeon in Kourend✓, and the Corsair Cove Dungeon under the Myths' Guild in Kandarin✓ (if Fremennik✓ is also unlocked)
- Black dragons are found in the Taverley Dungeon in Asgarnia✓, the Evil Chicken's Lair in Misthalin✓ (if Fremennik✓ and ( Kandarin✓ or Morytania✓) is also unlocked), one in Mynydd in Tirannwn✓, the Revenant Caves in the Wilderness✓, and the Corsair Cove Dungeon in Kandarin✓ (if Fremennik✓ is also unlocked)
- Bronze, iron, and steel dragons are found in the Brimhaven Dungeon in Karamja✓, as well as the Catacombs of Kourend in Kourend✓.
- Mithril dragons and Green brutal dragons are found in the upper level of the Ancient Cavern in Kandarin✓
- Adamant and rune dragons can be found in Lithkren Vault in Misthalin✓ if Fremennik✓ is also unlocked
- Dragon bones are also a common drop from Vorkath, Zulrah, Chaos Elemental, Cerberus, Callisto, and dragon implings
Lava dragon bones are dropped by Lava dragons in the Wilderness✓
Dagannoth bones and superior dragon bones can be farmed in Fremennik✓ from the Dagannoth Kings and Vorkath respectively
Wyrm bones, drake bones, and hydra bones can be farmed from the respective draconic creatures in Kourend✓, within the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon.

Restrictions

Certain prayers are unable to be used. Other prayers require specific regions to unlock.

Other equipment

Book of the dead	Kourend✓	Requires completion of A Kingdom Divided. Enables resurrection spells to be cast.
Zealot's robes	Morytania✓	Requires gold shade keys to open gold chests within the Shade Catacombs. The full set gives a 5% chance to prevent various remains from being consumed.
Bonecrusher	Morytania✓	Automatically buries bones. Requires the Morytania Hard Diary for 50% XP or the Morytania Elite Diary for 100% XP.
Holy wrench	Morytania✓	Auto-unlocked with Morytania region. If players have it in their inventory when they drink a prayer potion, prayer mix, super restore potion, or sanfew serum, they will regain additional Prayer points, depending on their Prayer level.
Prayer book	Morytania✓	Auto-unlocked with the Morytania region. By right clicking on it while wearing the holy or hallowed symbol, the player can use Prayer to heal poison at the cost of some prayer points (see last paragraph). Sometimes the poison will only be partially healed if you run out of prayer points.
Ectoplasmator	Misthalin✓	Can be purchased for 250 zeal from Soul Wars with 40 Prayer. Provides additional prayer experience when defeating spectral enemies, equal to 20% of the monster's max health, rounded down (before multipliers).

Temporary boosts

Prayer points can be boosted above a player's Prayer level by using an ancient mace's special attack, an eldritch nightmare staff's special attack, consuming a spicy stew (yellow spice), or by praying at the Edgeville monastery altar, Nature Grotto altar, or the God Wars Dungeon altars while wearing affiliated God items. None of these boosts allow access to additional content, e.g. a player cannot boost to activate Piety.
