Vile Vigour is a spell within the Arceuus spellbook that requires level 66 Magic and the completion of A Kingdom Divided to be cast.

Casting Vile Vigour will convert all of the player's remaining prayer points into run energy at a 1:1 ratio. Players can only cast Vile Vigour once every 10.2 seconds.

Trivia

• The spell icon for Vile Vigour depicts the caduceus, a symbol representing Hermes in Greek mythology. The caduceus is often misused as a medical symbol, the proper symbol being the Rod of Asclepius. However, as Hermes is, among other things, considered the god of speed and athletes, Vile Vigour's use of his symbol is likely intentional.
• This spell appears to be a reworked version of the Divine Grace prayer that was mentioned as a potential reward from the Chambers of Xeric, where prayer points were drained instead of run energy, but was scrapped alongside two other prayers.
  • The prayer was offered again in the form of Ruinous Grace, where it was part of the scrapped Ruinous Powers prayer book that was intended to be a reward from completing Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.
