The Elidinis Statuette (also known as the Shrine to Elidinis or the Shrine to She) is a shrine in Nardah slightly north of the city's fountain devoted to worshipping the goddess of growth and fertility, Elidinis. The shrine was the focus of town worship where the "Priestess of She" would lead the worship, and resides in the Temple of Elidinis.
Prior to the events of the Spirits of the Elid quest, the priestess' spot on the shrine had been vacant for the last five years. This lead some people to suspect that the goddess, in her anger, dried up Nardah's water supply. Currently, Shiratti the Custodian maintains the shrine. An ancestral key can be found on a table to the east of the building, which is used during the Spirits of the Elid quest along with a torn robe in the cupboard to the west of the building.
Praying-at
After completion of the Spirits of the Elid quest, players can pray at the Elidinis Statuette which restores Hitpoints, special attack, run energy, Prayer points, cures venom, poison, and gives an additional +7 Hitpoints boost. Completing the elite Desert Diary allows easy access to the statuette by using the Desert amulet 4's infinite teleports to Nardah.
The statuette's effects are similar to the Ferox Enclave's pool of refreshment or the player-owned house superior garden pool, except it does not restore drained stats. The Hitpoints boost and close proximity of the teleport make it a better and faster option unless full stat restoration is required.
Praying at the statue is a requirement for the Medium Desert Diary.
Differences in Deadman Mode
In Deadman Mode, praying at the statue does not give an additional +7 Hitpoints boost. It gives all other benefits as normal.
