A 'perfect' ring is a quest item in the Family Crest quest. It is made with a 'perfect' gold bar, ruby, and ring mould at a furnace, requiring 40 Crafting and yielding 70 Crafting experience. A 'perfect' ring and 'perfect' necklace are given to Avan in exchange for his crest part.

It is possible to mine 'perfect' gold and craft 'perfect' jewellery without speaking to Boot, but he must be spoken to in order to give the jewellery to Avan.

More of them can be crafted after or during the quest, but they have no use, offering no stat bonuses and are unable to be Lvl-3 Enchanted into a ring of forging.
