The zenyte shard is a rare drop received from tortured and demonic gorillas in the Crash Site Cavern, which can be accessed after completion of Monkey Madness II. In order to create an uncut zenyte, the shard must be fused with a cut onyx in the wall of flames of the Temple of Marimbo Dungeon while holding a zombie monkey greegree (small or big). Doing so grants 15 crafting experience.

• Zenyte appears to be derived from Zenith which means "the highest point", referenced by being the highest level gemstone.
• This item is similar to the incomplete hydrix, which is present in RuneScape. Both require an onyx to produce a complete gem, which is used to craft the strongest jewellery items available.
