Cure Plant is a Lunar spell that cures a diseased Farming patch. Unlike Resurrect Crops, it cannot revive a patch that has already died from disease.

Its use is most cost effective when cast while wielding a Staff of earth, or equivalent other staff. Players may find the cost of the runes required to cast Cure Plant makes its use undesireable, because a plant cure potion can be purchased from the nearby gardener for only 25 coins and performs the same function.

Casting Cure Plant awards the player with 91.5 Farming experience and 60 Magic experience. As with all Lunar spells, the quest Lunar Diplomacy must be completed to cast this spell.

Trivia

  • Cure Plant has multiple unique messages when attempting to use it on something that is not a diseased plant:
    • Casting the spell on a growing, non-diseased plant gives the message It's growing just fine.
    • Casting the spell on a patch that is fully grown gives the message That's not diseased.
    • Casting the spell on a compost bin gives the message Bins don't often get diseased.
    • Casting the spell on a patch with weeds gives the message The weeds are healthy enough already.
    • Casting the spell on an empty patch gives the message There's nothing there to cure.
    • Casting the spell on a dead patch gives the message It says 'Cure' not 'Resurrect'. Although death may arise from disease, it is not in itself a disease and hence cannot be cured. So there.
    • Casting the spell on any other object causes the player to state "Umm... this spell won't cure that!"
