A m'speak amulet is an item crafted during Monkey Madness I that allows the player to communicate with monkeys. It is later used in the Recipe for Disaster Awowogei subquest as well as Monkey Madness II. After completion of Monkey Madness II, the amulet is no longer needed to speak with monkeys.

To make one, the player must take monkey dentures, a m'amulet mould, and a gold bar to Zooknock, who will give them an enchanted bar (and the mould back). They must then use the bar on the wall of flame in the Temple of Marimbo Dungeon with the mould in their inventory to create an unstrung m'speak amulet. The amulet can be completed using a ball of wool.

If the m'speak amulet is lost, it cannot be reobtained by any means other than repeating the above steps, or it can be reclaimed from Zooknock after completing Monkey Madness II.

Since Zooknock returns the m'amulet mould to the player when the bar is created, only one mould is required to create two or more enchanted bars.
