Wind Wave is an air -based wave spell in the standard spellbook , requiring level 62 Magic to cast. As an offensive combat spell it can only be cast on attackable NPCs , or other players in a PvP situation .
It is the second-strongest wind spell in the game, with the strongest being Wind Surge . It is also the most cost-effective wave spell to cast.
Damage
Wind Wave's base maximum hit starts at 17 and increases as the player unlocks additional wave spells, up to 20 at level 75 Magic.
As with all combat spells, Wind Wave's maximum hit is also increased based on the player's magic damage bonus .
As an air-based spell, Wind Wave's maximum hit is also increased against targets that are weak to air .
